Part 4: Embracing Life Through the Lens of Death

"Living Fully Through the Lens of Death"

Intuitive Reflections Series: Uncomfortable Conversations in 2025

This exploration of death, shaped by my inward journey, has required courage and strength. Looking within, facing the questions of existence, and surrendering to the unknown have not been easy paths. Yet, they have opened me to a deep connection with the sacred flow of life and death, dissolving the fears that once gripped me.

Through dreams, spiritual work, and plant medicine, I’ve been able to step beyond the limiting belief that time is my enemy—that there is never enough, or that it moves too fast. Instead, I’ve embraced the truth that time, like life itself, is a gift to be savored, not a constraint to be conquered. This understanding has brought peace to my relationship with time and joy to my experience of being alive.

What I’ve discovered is not an absence of mystery, but a reverence for it. To walk this path with curiosity and openness has allowed me to find motivation and joy in simply being—present, connected, and alive. The unknown no longer feels like a void to fear but a vast expanse of possibility and wisdom waiting to be explored. Life, in all its complexities, becomes more vibrant when viewed through the lens of death, as it invites a deeper appreciation for the moments we often take for granted. In embracing this perspective, I’ve found freedom—not from the cycles of life and death, but within them.

Death no longer feels like something to fear, but a reminder of the beauty and sacredness of each moment we are given. Each breath, each connection, each experience becomes part of the continuum, woven into the infinite tapestry of existence.

For me, this journey inward has not only shaped how I view death but also how I live. And perhaps that is the greatest gift of all.

For those feeling called to deepen their connection with self and step fully into the sacred flow of life, there is an opportunity to gather on indigenous land for the Spirit of Life Retreat in May 2025. This retreat offers a sanctuary for reflection, spiritual awakening, and reconnection to purpose.
